Generating +75 functionality Rating crafting stations and tools

So if you are starting your own city you will need some crafting stations maybe
in your city hall or another building that everyone can use.

 This is the commands to to generate +75 functionality rating crafting stations
I don't believe that the crafting station stat really matters I believe it is the tool
stat that matters.  But if you are going to generate a crafting station why not go for the 
best.
